Coordinate logistics of custom design details with our trusted local artisans
5. DRAFT
This is where our vision is translated into construction documentation.
In this design implementation stage we will:
Create construction documentation to obtain permits and speak to our contractors
Create specification books to ensure procurement is a seamless process
Final code analysis
6. PURCHASE & ADMINISTER
This is where our experienced project managers oversee purchasing & instillation.
In this project administrative stage we will:
Facilitate vendor relations, orders, payment & receive products on your behalf
Coordinate and communicate with contractors and trades people during construction
Site visit to ensure quality, budget & timeframe are being adhered to
Documentation as needed for change orders
